An Introduction From Your Hosts
I am a Southern Girl, born and raised in Arkansas, and I love to entertain, cook and visit with friends and family. I grew up in a family with musical talent and singing on both my mother and my father's side. I began singing on stage at the age of 9, and it just "stuck". I spent 13 years of my childhood traveling all over the state of Arkansas singing and competing. I moved to Nashville, TN where I pursued my music career in songwriting, and studio vocals. I am proud to say I have a platinum album for a couple of songs I co-wrote, recorded by Martina McBride. After 27 years in Nashville, I am back home to my roots.
Although my husband, David, was born in Texas, he's been an Arkansan since he was little boy. He is a career Firefighter/EMT of 20+ years, and one excellent cook, so you can be sure he will be cooking some good "stick to your bones" country food. He loves to garden and is very good at it. We have a pick-your-own muscadine vineyard, as well. We have seven children together, and one granddbaby, so as you can imagine, we know how to feed a croud.
We're honored to be the owners of this beautiful Queen on the hill, and we're looking forward to meeting you very soon.

We are located 4 blocks from Central Avenue and the Visitor Center, and approximately 5-6 blocks from Bathhouse row. We have a membership with the historic Quapaw Bathhouse that we extend to our guests for free admittance to their public pools, and 10% off their other services. We suggest making reservations with Quapaw for spa services 1-2 weeks in advance. Quapaw Baths & Spa - 501-609-9822
We offer a breakfast daily in our dining room from 8:30 to 9:30 am. We have complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home, a sitting parlor, a large covered wrap around porch for sitting, and off-street parking behind our property.
We are always glad to help you with recommendations for dinner and things to do in Hot Springs while here on your visit. The Prospect Place is a great place to celebrate anniversaries, birthdays, luncheons, and small wedding ceremonies/elopements. Advance notice is needed for events, and we suggest 1-2 months for proper planning.
We accept children 14 years and older, and although we love pets we cannot accept them since we have pets of our own on the premises.
